This large, recently renovated Seaview home is ideal for your relaxing family vacation. Enjoy sweeping views of the Great South Bay from the open great room and upper decks. The newly renovated kitchen features white cabinetry, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The two full bathrooms were both just redone as well. There is also a ground level deck and outdoor shower. The house is fully air conditioned for your comfort. The home sleeps 11 with bedroom 1 having a queen, bedroom 2 having a queen, bedroom 3 having two twin beds, bedroom 4 having a twin bunk, and bedroom 5 have twin over full bunk bed. You can fit the whole family! The living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom, and second full bathroom are located on the second floor, and the other full bathroom and four additional bedrooms are located on the first floor. The house is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay including DirecTV, WiFi, BBQ, two bikes, beach chairs, and a wagon. Linens, towels, dishware, glassware, pots & pans, and utensils are all provided.

This home is located in Seaview, a highly desirable family friendly community that features lifeguarded beaches, tennis courts, basketball court, baseball field, bay beach, playground, and kiddie pool. Seaview has direct ferry service from Bay Shore, a gourmet market, wine shop, and plant shop.

This home is managed by A2 Vacation Homes, a real estate property management company. A2VH has full time Property Management staff on the island to ensure all tenants a comfortable stay.

It is very important to us that each of our tenants has a great time during their stay. That being said, it is also very important to us to be respectful and considerate of our neighbors. This home does not rent to groups. Excessively loud and/or destructive behavior will not be tolerated. If you feel this may be in issue for your party, please select a different property.
